Our Ballerina!

Today was Zoe's first ballet recital. She has been taking a ballet class after school all year and she has really loved it.

When she got her costume, I'm not sure who was more excited--me or her. I have to say, this has been one of those times when I'm reminded how much I love having a girl and what a treasure she is. Heavenly Father must have known better and I did how much I would love having all these girly experiences.

The whole recital took less than 20 minutes, one song and dance for each class. So, most of the to-do was about getting dressed up. But she was adorable! This is her getting ready with her class before the recital!

Some of Zoe's biggest fans! They were so sweet with her and loved seeing her dance! For as many games and meets she has attended in her time, it was great for the boys to support her.
And, a picture of Mom, just for proof I am around too!
