One of Collin's end of the year fieldtrips was a fishing trip to the Scout camp south of Louisville. It was also while Michelle, Luke and Ty were here. It was also the same day as the fifth grade trip to St. Louis that Avery didn't go on. So we all went with Collin on his fishing trip. It was a rainy day and we were not sure how the weather would be, but we ended up having a break in the rain long enough to get some fishing in and then it poured on our way back home. We had a great time and everybody caught a fish. Fortunately there were people around to help get them off the hooks and throw them back in the lake.
As you can tell, I loved the fishing!

That looks like so much fun for the kids. I have gone fishing with Jackson's family but I refuse to touch the fish. They are so slippery and gross looking to me. The pictures of the kids are adoreable. They are so cute together.
Oh fun. I like fishing, but it's when I actually catch something that I freak out. Thank goodness I am married to someone who doesn't mind a bit - taking out a hook, pulling it off, throwing it back, etc. Fun memories for you guys.
